Late Payment, Collection and Disconnect Policy:
A $10.75 minimum bill is due for any portion of the month that water service is available for use. If a meter is locked for nonpayment, it will continue to generate a minimum bill, and if locked for 2 consecutive months, the account will be closed and reapplication will be necessary to reactive the account.
Statements are due when rendered. If the amount due is not paid by the 25th of the month, a late charge will be added. If bill is not paid by the 10th of the following month, the water service may be disconnected without further notice. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve your obligation to pay. This is the only bill you will receive. Courtesy reminder calls are made at least once before any disconnection. Please be sure to keep a current telephone number on file.
When services are disconnected for nonpayment, the total billed amount plus any service charges must be paid before service is reconnected. No reconnections after 8:00pm.
