2026 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
Dear Member:
The annual meeting of Bucksport Water System, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at Union Methodist Church - Fellowship Hall, 4491 US HWY 701 S, Conway, S.C. Registration will begin at 5:30 P.M. and close at 6:00 P.M. All members are encouraged to come as early as possible so that the registration process can be completed in an orderly and timely manner.
The scheduled business to be conducted this year is the presentment of reports by the Officers and the election of one Director from each of the five [5] districts for a term of two [2] years.
Pursuant to Article III, Section 2[a], the Nominating Committee has named the following nominees for Directors:
District 1: Vernon Martin
District 2: Bobby Sellers
District 3: Ricky Tindall
District 4: Charlie Brown
District 5: Mickey W. Howell
Being no petition candidates running in opposition to the above slate of Directors, no proxies will be issued and nominees will be elected by acclimation.
